GTweak was written in batch, so that's why it's so small. It's completely independent, what means it doesn't need external (third party) programs except utilities appended to system. To do something, you need keyboard and finger(s). In most cases it's enough to type some command and press ENTER, but there are some, which need interaction (timeout defining etc.). Main goal of program is to help tweaking most settings, if it's not possible within shell (explorer.exe). GTweak can be run in Safe-Mode while preserving whole functionality.
